Normally the absentee line is shorter and actually more convenient There was just one big long snaking line until you got into the building...only then could you see the absentee line. Plus I thought I might still have been in that electorate, so only found out I wasn't once I got to the front of the line. So I left, picked up the replacement SSD, did my food shopping, came back home and ended up walking down at 3PM to vote, with about 4 other people.
