70,000km of 317rwkw, total 170,000km. 15PSI tune (17PSI if I load it up in 4th/5th on highway...naughty)

Have been showing rough idle after WOT symptoms for a long time...probably ever since it was tuned I think! But comes and goes. Recently had XFT dyno it to check and they need replacing.

Anyone got that cool valve spring video of inside the motor revving to 10k?

That sh*t is Cooool....Man!

Was it the one of a BMW bike engine going to about 14k, if so, wicked vid of extreme stresses

BF2 70,000 klms I performed my second round of mods.

Power made was 375 but Spiro dialled it back to 370 as valve springs were on the limit.

Replaced the springs 1 month later with rapids, car did not make any more peak power but felt much stronger through the rev range.

I had GOLDIE fit xr8 springs to my BA back in 2004. These went well under 300rwkw but when I fitted the full rapid IC kit and then Elite Auto tuned it I knew as soon as I heard that bloody noise on the dyno what it was so paid to have Nizpro springs fitted there and then and the car ended up with 337rwkw with about 14-15psi.
