Cracked in 3 spots the whole way round and a large amount of wear on some of the gears. Surprised I even made it to the workshop without it going bang. Harrop truetrac has been ordered along with new seals and bearings. Labour would be considerable though, I had 15 total hour for the whole lot but I think rear out and in would be like 3-4 hours? Someone else might know more accurately. Maybe faster than disassembly to clean it. Drives way better now. Looking forward to work today as I've only driven it 20 minutes so far.
