I did the flush and 50/50 but that sludge returned.<br />When I pick up some on special I think ill do it again .<br />So what you up to, sell car or just changing direction with mods?

Did you drop the bottom radiator hose and reverse flush with the thermostat out?

Supercheap has 5L bottles of Nulon concentrate for $27, not sure if that a good price but its 30% off apparently. 5L of concentrate and a 4L bottle of distilled water should do the trick. I never had issue with previous cars so hopefully this one wont return to looking like baby poo.

Can't be phaarked with getting it tuned, happy with how it is atm and don't want to sink any more money into it.

No, just drain plug.<br />I think this time I will though.<br />Might get a new header, if I can find one cheap enough.<br /><br />I'll have to pick some up tomorrow.

Dropped oil in the ZF after 53000k's.<br />Replaced steel pan with one with drain plug, so much easier to service.

Mate, to tell the truth I take my car to Mandurah Automotive DIY.<br />Drive in put car on hoist all the tools are there I do the job and drive out.<br />Advice and help on hand if needed and they clean up after you.<br />I hand over $60 bucks for two hours work, to easy.<br />
