Also, how do people work out with a hoodie on? Surely you can't be working that hard if you are wearing track pants and a hoodie...

It's important to keep warm, especially in winter, as blood will be drawn away from your extremities and muscles towards your organs. You'll often see videos of pros doing, for example, a clusters sets of squats in a sweat soaked hoodie.

Good eating is all in the prep. Well that's what I have found over my journey. You need to be up that little bit earlier or sleep a little later to prepare your meals for the next day. For example last night I had chicken breast for dinner. I threw an extra one on and cut it up for lunch today. I got up at 430 to make sure I had enough time to cook breaky, worked from 530-1530, gym 1600-1800 and home to eat my steak I defrosted last night. I dont eat much sugar and rarely have bread. 6 pieces a day, even if it was rye is way to much. that's pretty much I have gone about it the last 6 months and ill be honest my results so far are f*ckin crazy.

Its like most things though, if its that important you will make time. I spent years telling myself I didnt have the time to go to the gym or eat well but but I am busier than I ever have been and never miss a day. I still have a mile to go and I am by no means an expert but in 6 months I have completely changed myself physically and mentally and it all started with my diet...

There Flex Wheeler and Flex Lewis but never heard of Flex Luther. Who the Fark is he Henz.

Change my tip for Olyimpa.. Jay Cutler as saw some pics....Farking massive and ripped.

According to the most recent info I have seen Cutler is out of this years Olympia as well as Victor Martinez. Maybe he got in shape late and has changed that.

the most recent info I could find

Alright.. So whole body workout + personal training session this morning..

Was good because I didn't realise that I needed to do inclined bench press and flat bench press for different muscle groups..

Also had a mega spew when it was finished..

Then another one.

Pazz nearly made me spew when I trained with him

Haha.. It was only water.. I think I drank too much trying to cool down.. Had a shower.. Walked into the office.. Said good morning to the reception girl.. Then spewed in her bin.,. Carried her bin with me and emptied it outside.. Walked back inside to my office and spewed in my bin..
