I try to eat fairly healthily, barely any takeway. I don't think I eat too much. Not in excess anyway but I don't do too much cardio these days so I have a bit of a gut and hips.

Most of my other body parts grow fine such as arms, chest, legs but I've never been able to get rid of my waist.

Is more cardio the key?

Then up your cardio, and also up a bit more protien and drop a few more carbs. When dropping carbs always up protien to try and maintain as much muscle mass as possible. If you don't you will lose muscle size before fat.

Well I'm pretty sure I eat close to enough protein, usually have a shake in the morning, tuna during the day, humapro when I work out and generally eat meat and veg for dinner. Don't eat bread anymore so I'm not too sure what carbs I could drop. I guess I'll just try an d up the cardio and see what happens.

Just saw this thread today. Didnt think I would see a such a big thread on weight training here!

Anyway just wanted to say - The education of a bodybuilder by Arnold Schwarzenegger is a good place to start. Its a good read too!

And while your at it watch Pumping Iron!

I bet Pazzo agrees with me!
