(stone cold face.)Any of the local boys on the cruise this past Friday probably noticed I'm just towards then end of a strong bulk (Being lazy with cardio and not controlling my portion sizes) Think I'm back up to 125kg..Good effort mate. Just SUS that you hiding legs. Pulling the piss mate.

Not bad stuff. The flavoured ones have a little bit of sugar but it seems to be mostly protein. ^^ Teriyaki flavour There is a place in I think its Thornton (near Eildon) that makes there own stuff that is really, really good.
