5 med meals a day

Protein shakes and creatine

Looking to hit 80kg over the next 3 or so months then cutting back to about 75-78

Might as well join in on this topic.

Started gym when I was 18, super fatty.

Did alot of cardio based exercises as well as a fairly strict diet, lost about 46ish kg's. in about a year or so (from mid 140's to 96kg)

Started working out the muscles and when I hit 20, beginners results and a strong downlight.

Any of the local boys on the cruise this past Friday probably noticed I'm just towards then end of a strong bulk (Being lazy with cardio and not controlling my portion sizes) Think I'm back up to 125kg..
