Did the pyramid, low weight high reps then as the weight went up the reps went down.. Started at about reps of 15 to 1-3 max.. Then drop sets back down going to failure each set.. Well it was fkn hard.. Did it all on the smith machine so I could go to proper failure without a spotter and ended up pushing just the bar and that was fkn hard by the end lol..... Did flat bench, then incline then cable fly's.. Then did tri's.. Feeling tight all over so it did the job...
