Never look in classifieds these days even out of general interest, due to new format. Preferred old simple thread style and if it's simpler/cheaper for the board to implement, I encourage pissing it off.

The upgrade has to happen as the current version will soon be unsupported. Unfortunately it is something that needs to be done.

Why ask if the mods don't want the extra workload caused by the old system?

The new system isn't user friendly, probably misses 50% of potential buyers due to not being visible in 'New Posts' & sucks how your ad expires after 30days (selling expensive or not-so-common parts usually takes longer than this). I think you will find that all members (not mods) will want the old system back.

Nope, not at all. There's been a continuing discussion behind the scenes and most are in favour of the old setup.

However the new software has been purchased so it looks like we're committed to it in the short term, but if there's no improvement with the new version then it'll be back to how it was.
