Read the book, wasn't overly impressed. I should watch the movie now Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/41177-movie-reviews/page/167/#findComment-1582126 Share on other sites

Wasn't expecting much as I thought it was a chick flick. Don't be fooled by the title. This is possibly the best Australian film I have seen. It had a lot of elements, sexy, weird, sad and some totally excellent laughs. I give it 9.5 out of 10 2 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/41177-movie-reviews/page/167/#findComment-1582298 Share on other sites

Enjoyed it. Seen The Rover? Good flick if you're into post apolcalyptic dystopias. Guy Pearce stars. Baz Luhrmann is an Aussie who has made some good stuff too but not necessarily "Australian" if you mean the whole production. Wolf creek? Oh and the first two Mad Max films! Loved the latest one too but not Aussie. Just have a read of these and tell me you don't find a lot of films you love: http://www.stuff.tv/news/25-best-australian-movies-ever Edited 14/03/16 08:36 AM by -Stever- Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/41177-movie-reviews/page/167/#findComment-1582317 Share on other sites
