There won't be any dry road drifting because, as Dagabond says, that's too hard on your tyres. However, the day could be an adaption of his driving safety course with some braking skills training and skid pan time. Nissan Silvia recently did one with him and looking at their website, they had a ball of a time. Looking at Kev's calendar, it probably won't be until September sometime before we could run it anyway. To make up numbers, Kev suggested combining it with the LS1 club (need 20 participants). Will post up more details in a sep thread later.

Let me know what you think. I might be able to organise a site be reserved for us to all park and display our vehicles. For those that went last year you may remember the display of FPV behind the grandstand area.I have worked for Winton many times, and reakon I know someone who knows someone who knows Mick Ronke.If its not already booked it could be an ideal meeting place. You also need to be aware that there is a local motel owner who is really a little too sick about his Devil R and would be more than keen to organise a function one evening for us.What ya think ??? TUFXRT6 Legacy Donating Member 687 Member For: 20y 6m 4d Gender: Male Location: Victoria Posted 26/04/07 05:33 AM Posted 26/04/07 05:33 AM (edited) Ok Boys & Girls, Gary & myself have sketched out a likely cruise for the 26th of May.The idea is to head up to Mt Macedon for a night cruise start at 6:30ish, stopping at the Mt Macedon Memorial Cross (top of the mountain) then heading to either Gisborne or Woodend for dinner (pizza etc).The total driving time would be around 3 hours max from Westgate shell to Westgate shell excluding time at the top of the mountain & dinner.Let us know if your interested &/or would be a likely attendee.
