I personally wouldn't care too much if you plan to modify it as a lot of things get replaced/ fixed anyway.

Check for good maintenance and service history. Or just but a car already modified like that black (ego?) F6 that passed you on the highway

haha paulie, I reckon coz of budget cuts abuse of motor pool vehicles is a very tightly cotrolled area now.

Like in Fast and the Furious when he destroyed the eclipse and had to build the supra from scratch.
