  1. Was the fault cleared after the new box was fitted?
  2. A mate of mine just went to a car yard that had a XT in the same colour and offered the guy a swap. The car yard got to add a rear spoiler to the car for free and my mate got his clean boot lid.
  3. Sorry Gaz. I can't make this one. We've got friends staying with us that weekend. Surprised there's not more interest. This route is the best single day proper driving cruise of the year IMO.
  4. You just need to keep doing it. Remember how much light you put on each area then evaluate the shot afterwards. Work out if it needs more or less light in a certain area and adjust accordingly. For example, I light painted this scene for another photographer... We shot this probably 20 times to get it the way we wanted it. Each time adding or subtracting light to find the right balance. I find it really rewarding as it feels like you're really creating something rather than just snapping a photo. Keep working at it. You'll nail it soon enough.
  5. Try light painting the area with a torch if it's too dark. You can use it selectively to highlight the areas you want.
  6. There's no room for mates or loyalty in business. It's got nothing to do with the industry you're in.
  7. It is a relief. Waiting and wondering when/if it will happen is the worst feeling.
  8. Thanks mate. There's a heap more in my G+ gallery if you're interested... https://plus.google.com/photos/105105584306122155761/albums/5855740837302570881
  9. Thanks Freaky! Here's some of yesterday's action at the F1 GP...
  10. Hi guys, The problem with View New Content is being caused by the Tapatalk plugin. I can only assume it's because we have an outdated version as this the only forum I have problems with Tapatalk on. You'll find that after trying to use View New Content via Tapatalk that it doesn't work on a computer either. This is occurring because a third search option is being activated by the Tapatalk plugin when you try and view new posts. To get View New Content working again on your computer select View New Content and click on the filter option I've highlighted with a red circle below to deselect it... View New Content will now work properly. Using Tapatalk to find new posts will cause the issue to happen again, so don't use that. I know this doesn't solve the problem, but at least you'll get View New Content working again on your computer.

  12. Thanks guys. Appreciate it. I'm going to the F1 GP on Friday. Hopefully I can get some decent shots there.
  13. This forum. Sick of it not f*cking working properly!
  14. This Is 40 is funny and Jack Reacher is worth watching too.
  15. Either way sounds like a good plan to me. I'm jealous. Most of my redundancy will be going to boring stuff like home improvements.
  16. There's double that force in your tyres. I think the turbo will be fine. Change the dump if you want to replace the cat without hacking up your standard exhaust.
  17. It depends what you're into really Dags. If you have an interest in something in particular then follow that. For example, I was curious to know what Germans think of WWII and how it's shaped the country and how the Berlin Wall shaped that city, so we went to Berlin and took a tour to Sachsenhausen. Watch the time of year you're planning to travel. Plan plan and plan some more. Weather and tourist seasons are things to consider. Look carefully at the difference between train travel and air travel. Stations are right in the cities whereas airports are outside the cities and you have to go through all the security and check in crap. You might find trains a better option in some cases. Pick pockets are a real threat in Europe and they're very good at it. Amsterdam is great. The red light district is only a small part of what's on offer there.
  18. Depends if you're planning further mods down the track. If you don't want more than low 300's then Bosch 968 injectors are the go.
  19. There's no need to rubbish another thread.

    Next Vic Cruise

Forget getting off the Hume at Broadford and heading across to Strath Creek. sh*t of a drive from that direction. The GV Hwy is just a country highway. Nothing to exciting. It's just the road to your destination. Don't waste the fuel checking out the Buller road. It's in good knick.
