Things are definitely on the up and I'll probably be posting in the drunk tank later on tonight 🤣 Settlement just went through for our home of 26 years. It's been a rollercoaster ride over the last 4 months since we employed our realestate agent It took 3 months to sell but we got more than expected. It's only the second house we have ever sold so we are novices as far as realestate is concerned. So now its farm life, a bit of a slowing of pace. There's plenty of work to be done, but that was the whole idea, early retirement but remaining physically active. https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-house-qld-clifton+beach-145198192

yeah, but I have ten years of awesome memorys. I forgot to say that for all the burnouts and traffic light races, I never got ticketed In fact I can't recall ever getting pulled over by the boys in blue

Hopefully never. But who knows, cos stupid old bast@rd 🤣

It's been an awesome 10 years of ownership, but as the saying goes "all good things must come to an end" Bought it for 22k with 40k on the clock, sold it ten years later for 24k and 190k on the clock. First time I've ever made money on a vehicle 😋 I sold it because I couldn't justify putting it in semi storage in a high humidity environment. I had already replaced the roof lining twice and the screens of the DVD players in the back of the headrests were deteriating rapidly. The stand out for me of the ten years ownership (besides the awesome Barra) was the duco. I used it as a dayly and it sat outide in the far north Queensland sun all day long. I am pretty anal when it comes to cleaning/washing/clay baring and waxing but the duco was robust enough to come back looking like new every time. One good thing is, I wont be spending so much money on tires anymore 🤣 Heres a couple of pics I had in the for sale add

now this is a very smooth drop

bought a new toy 😆

Very impressive. Discipline and dedication are atributes a lot of people think they have, but very few can acually claim them. Congratulations, your transformation is inspiring. Your upper body is something most MEN would be very proud of. Your quads are freakish, I hope you crush the opposition.

that's a bit of a contradiction mate. How can something that doesn't exist kill you?

are you off to church today @k31th

so you are on the roids? Faaaarrrrrrrkkkkkkkk

sup bitches after 2 years of ownership we have finally moved up to our farm permanently. sold our house of 26 years in Cairns and the proceeds paid for our farm purchase . being regonal Australia there's no reasonable NBN service so we went with Elon's Starliknk. saying I'm impressed is an understatement we used to get around 100 Mbps on the NBN in Cairns and thought that was pretty good for FTTN. Elon, you have completely blown my mind!

Jus a couple of dudes repeating the same same day in, day out [emoji20]

not that I built it, but nearly finished cleaning it shed is 24x11 meters we got our farm cheap because old mate had hoarded 19 years of crap including old building materials when he built the farm house and sheds in 2006 we bought in August 2022 and we cleaned up the house first so we could rent it, then we started on this shed which is about 150 meters from the house been a slow process cos farm is nearly 2 hours drive from Clifton Beach, and are up there once a fortnight before after

my AOC 32" monitor died, so I bought one of these .............

I got some crappy photos 2 [emoji23]

Nice to see you got to see a solar eclipse. We had one here in Cairns about 10 years ago

Long weekend chillin [emoji13]

What made me feel good today, got my tractor stuck well above the axle so had to get the neighbour to help get unstuck people here are a different level, wanting to help and very friendly felt like a bit of a dickhead cos got seriously stuck, but as it turns out, they've done it all before themslelves I feel as though I've made 2 new quality freindships today had lunch at a spot that Mrs BCB has coined "the picnic area" totaly isolated from the world at large so tranquil, could have sat here for hours Stuck!!!!!! the hole All safe and sound back in the shed looking down to the picnic spot Lunch time

put together this monster at work today 16 core 32 thread processor with 64 GB of RAM and the cheapest 3090 ti I could get my hands on (2k) its all previous gen stuf, ie: DDR4, Ryzen 5000 series and Nvidia 3000 series so saved a heap of cash right there its all a bit over kill for the 3D software aplication we have bought, but my boss loves the bling 🤣 running 2, 2K monitors and the 3090 smashes out over 200 fps at that resolution and hardly brakes into a sweat

I just built a buget PC for a freind last week We used a RX 6700 XT for the video card and I was very impressed Im still rocking a GTX 1080 which is fine for me as I hardly game at all these days I did a quick furmark bench and at the 1080p preset it punched out 195 FPS, my old 1080 could only manage 120 FPS the RX 6700 XT was $599 at PC Case Gear

we just dropped 2k on a RTX 3090 ti for a new build at work running a Ryzen 9 5950X as well, total cost of build 6k big savings using previous gen hardware as everything is discounted to get rid of stock I'll post some pics when the parts get here
