Update!!! Jumped on the scales this morning - start weight at NYE = 123kg. This mornings weigh in = 107.7kg. So I had brekkie (probalby shouldnt have before gym), jumped on the scales down the gym fully clothed = 109.3kg. 400g short of my ultimate goal weight. Have brought chicken wraps for the three night shift dinners, rode my bike to work (fastest time ever), and if my butt can handle it ill ride in all three nights which should shred that 400g easy peasy. I know its all numbers, and my belt is hitting notches its never visited ever, but yeah, soooo keen to hit 108.9kg fully clothed at gym. Personally, I feel fcuken fantastic! I wasnt pushing all that hard today riding in, and I shaved 1m off my PB. Tomorrow night ill push it.
  3. ^^^^^ this guy is good instead of dropping leg days or finding excuses, he just shuffles his schedule
  4. lol @ nobody doing legs Its my fave muscle group! if youre limping the next few days, you did legs properly lmao You can spot them a mile away in the gym.... the ones wearing a tank top and tracksuit pants. monday chest tuesday arms wednesday chest thursday arms friday chest saturday arms (very important this day, gotta look sick for the chicks at the club) sunday rest repeat.

Update! OK so when I originally bought my Vivo, I think nearly three months ago, I whacked my goal weight in of 110kg, never thinking id actually ever get there, but its always been my goal. Well I still haven't got there, but jeez im close. I weighed myself this morning, in the same attire I always do (nekkid, helicoptering the sh1t outta my d00dle, as you do, insert wolf whistle), and 110.2kg sprung up on the scales!!! 200g.... When I weighed myself on NYE, I was 123kg. So im damn close! Whilst I was at the gym this morning, the lady who signed me up originally queried me on one of my "alternative" cardio exercises, and she also stated that she thinks I shouldn't lose any more weight, cut back on the cardio, and start weight training. I have also received a similar comment from another close female, they both stated that I should ease up - they don't like the "drawn out" look of the face. I personally would like to hit 108.9kg, fully clothed in gym attire - this particular weight is the lightest I ever was for a long time, and six months ago I thought it would be totally unattainable. I hit 108 about 2 years ago, after a stint overseas on deployment. I think psychologically id like to hit it, just to remind myself that nothing is impossible (thanks nike lol), and if you want something bad enough, you'll do whatever it takes to get it. I'll be interested to see what the scales say tomorrow morning - I had a big go this morning at the gym, and also rode to work and will be riding home. But if I haven't lost anything or even popped a bit on it wont deter me, that's just the nature of the game. Motivator. What can I say?!?! I totally considered driving to work tonight, rode my pushie instead. Thanks for all the inspiration and drive!

Bit of a update! Ive had a bit of a bad week last week - Foo Fighters concert last Thursday, and then a big weekend in Canberra, definately didn't do the diet or exercise plan any good! Way too much to drink, and junk/greasy food was the order for the days! But im back into it this week, had a great day yesterday with shrekus jnr, im working today and got some big nights at work coming up too, so that should crank my steps, get me back on the horse, and eating better. If you do fall off the horse, just shake yourself off, and get back on! Thanks again to my motivator for keeping my eyes on the prize, and inspiring me!

lol, nothing!!! The speed sender automatically sends a signal, and the vivo seems to capture it ok. You need to make sure the little LED is blinking green on the speed sender. Saying that, according to my ride to work this arvo, I hit 1140kph at some stage...... now I know I was moving along at a fair clip, but methinks that maaaaay be a tad out lol Cadence isnt supported on vivo as far as I know. There isnt a spare channel.
  12. I get out, but they usually find me and lock me back up...... cnuts Wasnt a fan of how this R8 sounded hey..... the transition was too sudden. And im sure if the owner of said R8 knew his car sounded like @ss he'd do something about it too I was just doing my bit for jet, letting him know of the possibility that his car sounded like fukushima. but luckerly he fickered it
  13. Jet! Some bloke left the gym the other day in a new R8 cwubby, and his exhaust was all quiet until im assuming bimodal opened it up and it sounded good?? Do they have bimodal exhausts? It was all quiet quiet quiet Mcfkuken ROAR sounds awesome quiet quiet Roar sounded good, but quiet was terrible, and the transition was poo If yours has bimodal, yeah left shoulder that crap....

Cmon guys and gal pull through this!!! First week is always poo poo, but after that it gets easier. Just think of something to motivate you..... Why are you doing this??? To pass the police physical?? To overcome a life hurdle??? To show the ex what they are missing out on??? Or to look smoking hot and be in top shape for someone special in your life??? that's what I used...whenever I thought I was doing ok id just think of my motivator and bam, id be going harder and push myself!!! Or whenever I have bad food cravings I just thought "well do you want to do this or not? what would your motivator say or do?" That chit worked wonders for me, and to this day still is. Speaking of subject changes, I just entered a challenge on vivo - 100K step challenge. I won last weeks challenge, so ill see how I go on this weeks challenge.

I dont want to get the drawn out thin yuck look. If I can still go into shops and find clothes off the rack to fit me, im more than happy. This isn't a excuse, but I kinda like/need a bit of mass behind me, especially for my job. I consider myself to be physically fit - last time I ran the beep test I clocked a level 9.9. As long as my blood pressure is good, my cholesterol is acceptable, and I feel like I could do a tough mudder or city to surf ill be cheering!!!
  22. Accidents happen man. You could get T boned by someone who runs a red light on your way to the cruise...... Saying that. im more than willing to front the next cruise if the majority wants that.
  23. ^^^^^^ reminds me of a episode of Street Outlaws AZN in his turbo draw through VW races a milf in a Pontiac (VE commy) and she beat him First thing she says when she got out of her car after the race? Did you just get beaten by a girl? LMAO

Update!!! Ok so when I decided to do something about my life, I weighed 123kg. This was on NYE. Yesterday when I weighed myself, I was 111.1kg. My first goal is 110kg. So im close!!! Thank you to this thread, my vivosmart, my son for weighing 13.5kgs and adding resistance to my bicycle riding, and a massive thanks to my motivator!!! I owe you!!! About 4 and a half years ago, fully dressed in gym clothes, I weighed 109.6kg. Whether I go back down to that weight im not sure. I feel quite comfortable at where I am now, and I think 110 would be a easy to maintain weight. My sister is a major gym junkie - to the point when she attends family functions, she will only eat greens and a mouthful of chicken, because she is concerned for weight gain. I dont ever want to be like that. Life is too short!!!
