Nah it sorta hits on the drop, after you lift to your chin you basically drop it as a reverse deadlift. Difficult to controll the bar with such a close grip and you do very quick reps.

Meh I enjoyed myself, I need some big ass socks, shins are starting to scar pretty bad from deadlifting

I put xr8 valve springs in my BA because I scored them through work. According to the workshop manual they are 1/3 stronger than stock. Trying to figure out if they are the same springs used in BFs but the part number for BF springs seams to be unnobtainable

Better way to check manifold leaks is with a spray solvent. Spray all around the mating surfaces or places it can leak and If the revs jump you have found a hole. Best of luck mate!
