White is the best looking colour I reckon. I don't really understand people paying big money for Beamers and Mercs either...at the end of the day they are just glorified granges and G220's IMO. I know they are 100 times better but still..... On the other hand I can understand paying for a Porsche, Ferrari etc....then you are paying for all the technology and exclusivity etc..... The new C55 merc looks the goods though for the coin!

I just got some new hoops. Ended up going with Japanese Falken 452's all around. 235 on the front and 255 on the rear. Seem to do everything well at a competitive price....great bang for buck tyre I reckon....lovely to ride on too

Hi guys, Got a flat today and upon removing the wheels off all 4 corners of the car I notice PBR is stamped on each caliper and the fronts look pretty big.... Do I have premiums or are the standard brakes PBR too ?? I have a picture which I can't upload right now but I can later.... I hear a lot of criticism over the BA Mk 1 brakes but mine pull up a treat... Praying I've got premiums but probably not ???????

Mine did exactly the same thing....one day it just stopped making the noise and started humming as usual again.....never made the noise since..... I put it down to something stuck in the pump perhaps?????? (but probably not) Got no idea really.....the hum is hardly there now...it's very easy to live with....

Police luring and provoking people to speed is not good policing. What if a major accident occurs or someone is killed from this bahaviour ??? Just another thing to show it's all about the dollars and the targets.... On a seperate note I see police cars breaking the law at least a few times a week. I have seen mobile phone usage, speeding, failing to indicate, even a burnout just to name a few. Most of the police are fine but there are always that odd few who spoil their reputation...

I'd definately ditch the plenum and go for a surge tank and bosch 044 pump..... Also actuator/wastegate will probably need doing....

No but you won't get any benefit until it is tuned..... In the meantime the ride will probably be smoother...

Thanks guys... I need to get the six little black buttons that run along the bottom of the tft screen to fit my second fascia.....asl should have a spare set around shouldn't they?? At the moment they are just empty holes and you can see wiring through them. It would look schmick with the buttons there.....hmmm

The hole looks smaller than it is in the pic...my pinky finger fits in easily and at a pinch you could fit your normal finger in there but the pinky is an easy fit..... It looks better in real life than in the pics...... Now everything is silver except my gearshift surround......not sure what to do there...leave it or paint it silver too....or paint it another colour??????? IB why don't you like the navman?? I've used many and it's my fav by far....

Well not being happy with my first attempt with wood here is my second which I am happy with. I cut up a second fascia and mounted the navman behind it. I also ran an mmcx antenna through the side of the icc and up to the dash to get better reception....works a treat... Not wanting to lose my 12V source I also ran wiring to the middle pull up under the cup holder to a double 12V adaptor so now I have 2 sockets hidden away! It took ages 'cus I wasn't really sure what I was doing and I don't have very good tools...... It's 1000 times better than my wooden one though so I'm happy.... It doesn't worry me having it so low because I mainly listen to it anyway..... Any input or changes you would make????????

Well I find my T constantly parked in the sun with it glaring straight onto my dash and seats...... There is no shade where I park so I don't have the undercover option. What is the best thing to use to stop the suns harmful rays??? I couldn't stand my interior ageing early or cracking. Whats the best stuff to use for UV protection on all the plastic vinyl and leather seats ???????
