Not as yet. Wish the rod was in an easier spot to make an adjustment.
Turbo will come off again over this weekend.

I've read thru so many threads on here looking for this info.
This thread has been a massive help, learnt lots.

I was being facetious mate. I don't believe you will be able to prevent the over boost with a preload adjustment. Especially given the exhaust has been changed.

Any tips on separating the standard exhaust housing from the core or just send it in to the local turbo guy. I picked up a ported rear housing.

Yes there are tips n tricks but bugger up the rotation even a little bit and you'll be in rage mode as nothing will line up 

 

it's something you need to do very precisely 

 

it sounds like you should let your tuner do all this for you so it can be installed,set,tuned in one go

Dumb suggestion time. Why not just whack a standard cat in there. That should drop the boost a bit wouldn't it?
