Interesting. I was talking to tbre this morning and according to my piston to deck height he recommended the 0.4mm one I had in my hand.

I guess I should have got my machinist to check this not just skim it during the machining.

He said I would have been way low on comp as I was using a 1.3mm gasket.

Being a dedicated e85 car I can't see it being a issue with a bit of extra comp once it's retuned.

No its just Jet and one has to get used to it :)

Im running 9.0 comp Manley pistons/Cometic 1mm head gasket and a heavily skimmed head leaving my dynamic compression at 9.2 which now thinking about it isn't that high....need to change my signature lol.

If I had my time again doing the motor the only thing Id change is more compression with a set of Tony's custom CP slugs to get the number to 10.0:1 min.

Wasn't being rude either when referring to you Aaron I merely meant one need to understand how one operates when helping etc.
