Gee sounds like your experience sucks mate..

I had a similar thing happen to where my deliver wasn't very rapid and the replies to phone calls, texts and emails weren't very rapid either. Needless to say I will rapidly recommend every other supplier except them to others! No need to tell us who it is

On a side note, I've learnt that try and get everything through your tuner and they will be happier to tune the car and do a better job. When mixing and matching parts you can have problems, and sometimes you end up with tuners that just don't give a chit anymore! Stick to Pitlane and you'll never go wrong! Can't wait to move to melbourne in 2 years to get the pitlane treatment!

Yeh I will definatly only go through them from now on, weather it be any more mods to this car or if I upgrade.

they made the last part of this debarcle very easy for me so wont be going anywhere else. I live about 3-4 hrs away from the shop and im more than happy to travel for the service.

Great that Pitlane were there to save the day again, Mick's got a reputation for being an absolute bloody champion in case you hadn't noticed. Always goes above and beyond, shame the can't be said for the other bottom-feeder.
