November 26, 201213 yr #2204 Ours is a river cruise...which is bad because it means you can't farkin leave early if required Not really that disappointed that I've already got commitments.
November 26, 201213 yr #2205 I'd say we won't get one. Been there for three christmas's now and haven't had one. Even have to work NYE. Who is going to need a tv antenna on NYE?
November 26, 201213 yr #2206 The girls who organised last years wouldn't tell anyone where we were going, and made us get on a bus to get there. So we were stuck there til they decided it was time to leave. Taxi home from there wasnt really an option, as it was too far out.It pissed a lot of people off, which is why I made sure this years party was in the city. We had to finish it at 11, but that meant that if people were catching public transport, they could still get home, and those that wanted to continue partying were in the same area as a heap of bars and clubs.
November 26, 201213 yr #2207 Nice..We have usually 3 or 4 different Christmas parties..Each major project has it's own 'team building' Christmas party.. Then one for the company I work for and one combined one between us and our sister company..
