Am thinking this in the spare room - will have about 80% of the pieces, so it should be easy to source the rest - will add lane changes and pit. Probably remove the side swipes and crossovers and use the lane changes there.

That will be a long term plan - need to get the height working (and the other pieces) - would be pretty boring as a flat track (and maybe boring for slots - will see). Short term will be a nice, easy track to learn on with long straights, sweepers, couple of loops, bridges and some chicanes.

Slot car meet up at rabs. Might make a visit to Melbourne soon haven't been there in a long time and afl is kicking off again. Might see if the don man is keen for a trip. Might even get mick to fix my sh*t tune.

$23 is the Ex GST price apparently ( I couldn't see any notes on the flyer to suggest that...) I ordered one and price in cart was $26 and freight is $16.80. Seems a little extreme for such a small light weight item. 1/10 would not
