Pulled out all the creme pillar trims yesterday arvo, roof lining will come out this arvo.
Gonna spray it all black with some fancy matt black dupicolor interior spray.
Cheap mods 4TW, $22 for 2 cans at supercheap.

Someone put a tutorial on AFF, piss easy job for the utes.
And I'd rather spend half a day and $20 of spray doing it over the $950+gst ford quoted, wreckers know they aren't cheap and want $500.

Definitely gotta prep the plastics properly - dunno what that would involve though.  Wax and grease remover is all I know about, and maybe a plastic primer.

Just wax and grease remover, fancy paint has fancy additives to make it work without primer.

I wanna black my trims & ceiling as well so let us know how the stuff goes. Last ute had cigarette burns in the headliner so I relined it with suede; the stuff that changed color depending which way you brushed it. There were many artistic dicks drawn in it!

Currently waiting for my diff to drain.

Took 4 cans all up, roof lining need nearly 2 cans to get a consistent finish.
