Tastes like sand.

Freaky when you do legs put a few extra kilos on and push from your heels.

I think my training routine is wrong. 6 weeks off, 1 week on. Maybe I should try it the other way around if I want results

In what way? I used to have it all the time and I never noticed what it done. It's best to have it with apple juice or grape juice. Gets into your muscles quicker

I'm at work so I dont have access to pics atm, but later when at home I'll be able to upload some if you want yeah.

In terms of the creatine discussion everybody reacts differently to it, its good if you use it correctly as someone stated earlyer. Although theres three different types of creating so its important to understand the effects of each and if one doesnt work then try another.

Diet and training has to be solid and in check as well, its not just eat craetine train for a week and eat maccas and then say I got no gains.

Also is there any way to get around being only able to do "1 more post until 29 June 2013 - 11:21AM" lol

I used Bulk Nutrients Monohydrate Creatine... Apparently only use the mono as the others are a waste, so if you had that then maybe why it didnt work for ya?

You have to load up on it for the first 5-10 days to saturate your muscles, then just one scoop a day to maintain it..

Well so far ive been able to lift heavier and I find my muscles arent as tired as normal. Eg.. I trained legs today and after squats (Up 10kg), hammy curls and calf raises im fairly wrecked to jump on the leg ext, but I did them, I struggled but I did all 3 sets at the same weight.. I usually drop the weight as I couldnt do it.. Plus I usually need a walking stick after leg day, but I didnt feel too bad.. I hope it helps with recovery too...
