The std torque settings are at 85nm & hence why they still lift, we were retorueing to 105 & it never lifted again with the arp bolts which saw up to 31psi.

Theres nothing secret about the headgasket I just dont know a whole lot about it but it does have the orings built into the gasket. With the 14mm bolts we can torque them up to 140nm. With continuing higher boost runs they do need to be serviced/retorqued. We actually dinted where the headbolt washer goes so it had to be repaired & bigger chromemoly washers were made for it.

On another note with a car starting off with no engine or any form of driveline we now have it all complete. All that's left is to fit the new fittings on the cooling lines, make up new coldside piping & get the water/meth inj hooked up & then its go time. Should be running in the next few days

Nah not long at all. we could of had it done today but we're waiting til we get exactly what we want as far as fittings & piping. Time is on our side so we might as well use it
