Oh well you only live once, at 44 I own my F6 and my mortgage is minimal.

iam jealous of the under 25's with fpv's , I had to wait till the house was paid off first before I got my GT at age 32

Paying off your house is a pretty darn good feat. Most people you meet in your lifetime won't even get close... Mine gets bigger, not smaller lol

I bought my house just before the qld house boom in 2001 at a cost of $107,000. and working fly in / fly out to construction projects up in northern territory not spending any money putting most of my pay on the home loan every week I had it payed off in 5years and 9mths.

Im nearly 30. Bought a AU 3 XR8 ute brand new 8 years ago and just bought a FG F6 Ute to replace it. Could only afford the new car due to the drop in interest rates and if they go back up, she will have to go.

Only paid 54K for a new FG F6 ute, so def got a good deal on it. Leather, 19inch wheels!!!
