Lamb is one of my least favourite meats.I can eat it easy enough.. I just don't enjoy it with the same level of enthusiasm that you apparently are meant to..I actually never willingly get lamb from the butchers.. I only eat it when someone else cools it or a restaurant offers a rack.. 1

I'd almost always choose something else if it's on offer.Except for when I was in NZ...this lamb shoulder was the best I've ever had, you could eat it with a spoon, just fell off the bone...lamb quota done for life, supposed to feed 2 or more people...CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!
