It has been long and drawn out process P@. We parted ways in March she buggered off to Europe for 3 months came back and clicked her fingers and hoped everything would be finished up (house sold or me moved out). Fook that shyte haha.

My cars had this slight rattle/grinding noise for a bit. Anyway I've finally nailed it down to the cat. It's throwing a code for under efficiency as well so makes me think its a loose cat.
