or instead of clicking on that, you can click on "quote" (or "+" for multi-quote) on the relevant post(s) you actually want to quote and they'll automatically be quoted into the reply box.

if you can reply to this thread, you can reply to that one (it's still open)... are you signed in when you click the link? e.g. does it take you to another browser or are you in tapatalk clicking a link or something?
