what used to be a pretty good area bordered by a crappy area.

 

the crappy areas crime went down 15% and my area's crime went up 15%.

Off to the light shop today for some decent flood lights and sensors so the cameras can go into day time mode for better quality.

 

wouldn't mind a car alarm that goes off when the door handles are tried though...

 

If you are in Wait Awhile, don't bother calling the cops.

 

I was told the last time I lodged a Police report, that unless there's blood or other DNA, they won't send anyone out to look at the car.  However I expect if you have decent quality CCTV video or images, they will be happy to help.

If thh CCTV footage isn't clear they still wont do anything. The system is made for crimes to get away with it :gooff:

it's crap, the IR was causing over exposure. fixed that now but the ultimate fix is for floodlights strong enough to make camera go into daytime mode :)
