It's fine to have them at the top of the page and the bottom of the page as that's how it's been for ages (well, the bottom one probably wasn't there, but meh, it's out of the way). I'm thinking it wants to load everything before showing anything, but I've resorted to stopping the load and redoing the page load from the URL bar. EDIT: Oh yeah, will the dots under our User Title ever become anything or are they just a leftover from the stock install?
