I got jack of it after almost 5 year of trying so I wrote a letter to my local Federal member and told them what a joke the Australian telecommunications. Also family needs eg kids a falling behind in school due to poor internet. Within in 1 week of sending the letter a had ADSL 2..........wow go figure!!Send a letter it to local member it works
