leaving for vic next sunday, towing an enclosed trailer. weighs about 740kg empty. guessing it'll be up to around 1200-1500kg. no idea.

tips, tricks, cautions, or hassle free?

plan is to make it to Eucla/border town in a day... finish the trip in 3 days total.

will likely check out the cliffs along the bite, but not too much more. any MUST sees?

having done the trip myself 4 times......... no. not much to see except the bite. looks pretty nice on a good day. sometimes whales (not this time of year though I dont think). avoid staying in Port Auguster if possible. try not to fuel up in Cocklebiddy. most expensive on the trip.

wasnt 300km/h....... but.....

yeah its a pretty boring trip, that was close to 200kms of road, and all of a couple of corners. and that wasnt even the straight bit.

Hey guys, could I suggest a cruise this weekend perhaps? I'd imagine an Evening cruise would be best as its been quite warm lately. Perhaps a friday or saturday? Thoughts Kyle/steve?

I promise I will be at the cruises from February onwards. Car will be 'finished' by then!

This Saturday is out for me. It is poker night for me. Haven't had one of these for a long long long time.

I wouldn't be able to make a Feb cruise, I'll be too busy snowboarding :-) first weekend in March would work for me though.

Sorry Jake I did say I would organise one hey...I'm tied up this Saturday and I have some ball joints/bushes that are in need of replacing so I'm out for this coming weekend and probably the next few. Will see if I can whore a ride though maybe.
