  1. I think this has been answered before, something about a solenoid I think
  2. http://www.audi.com.au/content/Model.aspx?s=1985 Just saw it in the flesh, nice car. Looks like a lambo from behind. 309kw with 440nm from memory. 0-100 under 4.6 secs. Impressive looking car. I got invited to the launch with my boss who is looking to buy one when they are released later this year. Even got a little leather wallet as a gift. I've booked in for a test drive for when they hit the shores, what are everyones thoughts on Audi's? The A5 was also being launched. Not my cup of tea, but a nice car all the same.
  3. Yep - told you so..... now I wonder how long mine will last.....
  4. Nice one mate, cant wait to see the results
  5. My BA has 330rwkw with stock internals and valve springs.

Inlet as far as I can remember, welded straight to my 3.5 dump
  7. Reminds me of a guy I used to play footy with....6'10' 145kg Ate and shat like a horse. The dunnies in the changing rooms would always get backed up before a game. He was a nervous terder and always dropped the Cosby kids off at the pool before he took the field.

Same with me, 3.5 Metal Cat - does the goods
  9. Looks good Chris, nice job.
  10. Shouldn't need a re-tune. The difference in flow isn't that much.
  11. You could have maybe got one cheaper than FTG. Did it cost you $275?
  12. Wheels look good, not sure about everything else though
  13. I installed mine today, pretty simple job really. Just need the right tools. Hardest part was getting the big nut off the axle. I had to borrow a neighbors spanner cause it was so big - bigger than my biggest 32mm job and there isnt much room to have a swing at it because of the studs are in the way.
  14. I'm in, just replaced the CV this morning so its ready to go again.
  15. Looks tops - that's my next mod for sure
  16. Isn't that an auto?

Mate, bad luck but it happens. Are you in Sydney? I was out on the piss last night for a mates bday at the Shelbourne in the city. There was puntang everywhere. Just get out there and have a good time.
  18. I've got a GSXR-750 with 130rwhp. Does 10.7s all day, you'll have a blast on your busa. Just be careful
  19. The stock exhaust flows alright and with thos mods should see you well into the 300s. The dump and the cat are the most restrictive part of the system so you are eliminating that. I remember seeing the stock system on cars with well over 330rwkw with a cat change.
  20. Good luck with it, you should get a good figure with the cooler.
  21. Still standard - and its at 14psi. The valve springs are still standard too. Must be a record for BA power with standard valve springs.
  22. I managed to pick up a 2nd hand one for $80. Will be working on the install next weekend. Hopefully its not a dodgey one and it will hold together for another night at the drags.
  23. I think the best was about 111mph from memory, the time slips are still in the car at Mum & Dads. I saw you out cruising today Chris - On Old Windsor rd at about 4.20. I did a wheelie past you on my bike in the other direction!
