You are correct in every aspect. As a company that strives to supply correctly engineered components and packages , we recieve a lot negative and biased feedback. Almost every occasion it has been through not understanding the workings and principals needed to run an properly engineered intank fuel system. Our Petrol intank fuel systems have been 100% perfect in operation since release and delivered as per specs on every occasion. Much has been made of E85 blowing the hoses in 2 only off our very first units. This was also the case in many surge tank systems, utilising the same so called E85 hoses. After much testing of various supplier hoses we have since found a 100% suitable hose and has been used in our E85 systems for over a year with no issue. As per Bosch E85 fuel pump tests we have also found pumps utilised have been rated at 500 hours constant E85 usage. Usage with flex fuel has proven to be without issue . As mentioned this sytem is a 100% performance replacemant for the standard fuel module to support up to 1000 Hp. Our recommendations are Petrol suitable without restrictionFlex fuel usage without restrictionE26/E85 fuel run time max 500 hours

KPM spent countless develoment time with cam grinds and tuning for the 5.0 Coyote. The end results was unless the camshaft were able to be manufactured for a minimal cost , reults vs cost was impractical. The 5.0 engine has 4 camshafts which makes the component cost expensive. Fitmant is a 2 day job. Then add tuning time. We have talked many customers out of camshaft upgrades. The 5.0 Coyote is better served with alternative upgrades elswhere.

The volume is 1.5 litres. This is not the main reason that it works perfectly. It is engineered to reclaim fuel from the tank into the swirl pot at an extremely high rate, keeping it always full. Yes we have circuit and drag raced with our set ups. Perfect results.

We have 2 intank set ups setups. Suit BA-FG Walbro 460 package up to 450 rwkw on E85 Suit BF MK2 - FG Walbro 460 package Streetfighter twin package up to 600 rwkw on E85 My suggestion would be to replace your tank with a BFMK2-FG tank. (You can easily obtain one s/hand very cheap.) In this way you can utilise the Streetfighter Twin intank set up. This would still be a perfect set up.

I assume you have a ute. The utes have the third outlet for the canister. Regardless we have a correct set up for you car.

Yes, it is however the swirl pot needs to be adapted to the early style top outlet. We have them available if you get stuck.

Yes. It is as noiseless as a standard intank set up.

Yes. The fuel hoses that were affected by e85 fuels have long since been replaced out with either Stainless steel braided Teflon , or new technology E85/E100 compatibale grey tubing. They have been standard on our systems for a long period now with perfect results.

Why not just use an upgrade in tank fuel system. The use of surge tanks is becoming outdated with correctly manufactured intank units utilising proper pump sizing and swirl pot size. No noise ,No smells , no hassles , direct fit and 100%Legal . Every customer we have converted over to performance intake fuel system will never look back at surge tanks. This is even on 10 second 1/4 mile vehicles.

Correct. Something that we have been trying to educate for a long time is, the importance of cool dense fuel for maximum performance. High fuel temperatures are detrimental to optimum performance. This is why manufactures strive to create systems that run fuel cooler. To run a surge tank system , especially close to engine and exhaust is prime candidate for heating fuel. KPM have engineered direct replacemant fuel pump systems to be housed intank as OEM that deliver cool fresh fuel up to 1000HP quitely , efficiantly, safely without any hassle of external tanks.

Anything is possible. Our opinion would be that the level of manufacture and modification of existing components would far outweigh any advantages.
