  1. Have u had any work done to the car lately? I had my front diff bushes done and they weren't installed deep enough as the kmac ones are shorter. Diff arms would knock sub frame every so slightly at certain times. So out comes the back end again.

  4. I drove his car. Its the same vaccum noise no matter wether your driving, passenger or outside driving by.
  5. Yeah im just going off my mates car with a new GTX with Processwest turboside intake. All u can hear is loud sucking noise. I love my standard crossover. Heaps of SPOOL with next to nill sucking noise. Each to their own. But my same mate prefers the noise mine makes. Will try and get a sound clip up.
  6. I still have the standard crossover pipe setup and made my own airbox with pod filter and Im getting just over 400rwkw so far. The turbo SPOOL noise, not loud Vacuum cleaner noise I get is awesome compared to my mates turbo side gtx. I will be trying to get mid 400's when I go a precision and will be keeping the crossover pipe.
  7. ^^^^ great link. U always hear guys going on about which is best but there are so many factors u need to consider before choosing what suits your application.
  8. Pulleys mite seem ok with out load on them. Just get the metal one's from repco.

  10. Double check your grounding. Just because battery is new doesnt mean its not to fault. Go back to where u bought the battery and test a new unit. These cars are fussy with battery's.
  11. Replace tensioner and idler pulleys with metal units. Injectors can be noisey aswell. Could even be one of the other pulleys. I got the same issue. Changed the first 2 I mentioned and got new water pump when I built my motor. Seemed alot better.

  13. Who tuned it? Mine mite be similar. What fuel did you tune to?
