An intake is a relatively inexpensive upgrade on the N/A 6 Cyl 4.0. along with approx 6-8 rwkw gain it improves response, economy and I think best of all creates a racey intake note. the whole car becomes a bit more fun to drive. Our street fighter intake comes with a full legal cover and we also have the option of a sporty race cover.

Correct. The pumps are rated @ 3 bar. They flow virtually the same as the Bosch Motorsport pumps that are rated for 500 Hrs Ethanol use only. No noise, smaller and same flow with 10,000 hr rating. We have released this pump to also give a reliable E85/Petrol alternative to the 265 and 300 lph pumps on the market. Our Streetfighter 1000hP Set up now utilises 2 of these pumps. They can also be used in your standard fuel module.

KPM are proud to announce our exclusive 10,000 Hour rated E85/Ethanol/ Petrol compatible fuel pump. This means approximately 10 years continuous usage on straight E85/Ethanol/Petrol fuel. Over the years we have seen many E85/Ethanol compatible pumps fail due to the installer and or consumer not realising that they are only rated to limited hours of usage. These pumps are often classified as E85/Ethanol compatible, however with limited life span. The Streetfighter Airbox recieves cool dense Air from over headlight and grill directly. There is no under bonnet hot air at all. Coupled with the Massive 5 inch BMC Twin Air Filter it recives the largest delivery of any airbox on the market. We have just released our new Streetfighter Twin 460 walbro 1500HP In-tank fuel system. As labelled this system will support over 800 rwkw on E85. Our KPM1500cc Injectors swill support 550-600 rwkw on E85

Fuel heating is a real issue with surge tanks , and especially with twin pumps. Our new Twin 460 Walbro Intank Setup will allow massive fuel for up to 1500 hp and with optional tuneable staging wiring kit should you wish to do so. However in an Intank set-up, fuel heating is not as much of an issue.

The Airbox was primarily made for all the petrol models. We have since been advised that it fit the EcoLpi models without to much issue.

Correct. It has become standard thinking. No other manfacturer world wide has surge tank set ups. The shape of the fuel tank has no effect on a correctly set up intank system. Even for tight track work on minimal fuel.

As with ID injectors , our products are Made by Bosch. We utilise Bosch injectors and enhance them to a higher flow capacity. The injectors are then characterised and matched into sets of +/- 1% variation. This is done on specialised equipment by specialised engineers in house by KPM. 30 degrees ambiant equates to approx 55 degrees fuel temp on surge tank systems after 20 mins driving.. Fuel starts to boil at approx 35-40 degrees c. Its the cavitation that adds to the fuel pump noise. Especially worse with winter fuels as they have a lower boiling point.

Streetfighter brought out the first Intercooler package for the Coyote with our exclusive riser plate design back in 2010. Since then our intercoolers have been sought out to give the Coyote engine the extra performance and reliability needed for both standard and increased power. Without the need for any manifold drilling or modification, we believe that our original intercooler design and performance is second to none. Our desire for continual improvement has led Streetfighter to move forward to our New ST3 Intercooler Package for the Coyote engine. With unmatched performance and OEM fit this cooler is without doubt Australia’s premium intercooler package. Streetfighter utilise the same size system as our popular stage 2 package however incorporate it with a new Plenum lid and manifold design that allow for perfect fitment and operation. Finished of in Ford black with machined logos, the new plenum lid gives a stealth OEM under bonnet look.
