Hi, When Eugene & myself done it one held the timing gears as the other removed the rag & turned it over to top dead then placed rag back in so it didn't fall off the bottom of crank gear. The rachet Adjuster will pop out so on completion hold some weight on the chain & with a long screw driver there is a tag you pop up on the adjuster then adjuster will go in. Currently I have the wastegate vac hose half clamped off and it seems to go bloody hard but as you said onece and a while it hits fail safe mode and shuts down But f&$k its great when it does work Cheers ← Mate your asking for trouble, do your self a favor go to autobarn or somewhere & get a manual boost controler for $70 & a boost gauge so you can add 2-3lb before your adding a bottom end. Don't clamp the hose as it will lean out & go BANG.
