  1. I have a AEM Air/fuel ratio gauge and AEM boost controller, in my twin pod holder look great.
  2. topic replied to Gee's RSWEPN in General Tech
Just be careful that it is an australian unit and not direct from the USA.
  3. No, 245 are the biggest you can fit on 8 inch wide rims with no insurance problems.
  4. The 275 for sure but I would personally stick with 18's inch if you want good 0-100 times 20's do have enough side wall for me(18's cheaper too)
  5. Since you live in NT and it's warmer than the southern states I would try a set of kuhmo KU36. They are cheap give very good grip in warm to hot conditions. I run a set on the back only, normally go to drags two to three times a set(do massive burnouts)and still get 10000km out of them.
  6. If your looking 4 a quick 0-100 spend some money on wider rear rims and a good set of rear street tyres. Then if you have some money left over speak to a suspension expert to see if they can give you more rear grip.
  7. Take off the heat shields covering the turbo Then locate the oxygen sensor, with is locate behind the turbo and has a green plug attached to it. Remove O2 sensor and replace with new one. Replace covers, While the cover are off you should re-torque the exhaust mainfold bolt to 27nm. Job done. Note. If you can remove the o2 sensor with the exhaust is hot, it will un-screw easier.
  8. I'm running 60 Ib injectors and my average fuel economy readout is right
  9. Some people may disagree but to make 300rwkw reliable and safe I would go a full exhaust system, 12-15 actuator and a bigger BOV flat to make the car more driveable.
  10. Just on the sensor. When they get old they stuff up when they hot and the ecu doesn't know when to fire the spark plugs causing the car not to start.
  11. I'm going to try and get there. I have a black xr6t ute say hi to me
  12. It could be the crack angle sensor. When it's not starting, try cooling the crack angle sensor with bucket of water and then see if is starts.
  13. I would choose the twisty because there are heaps of single woman in Lorne anyway.
  14. Thanks, I just went to Burson. The ones from ebay said they were for BA and BF but BF o2 sensors are different from BA and I didn't want to risk it.
  15. Does anyone one were I can buy an aftermarket o2 sensor (the one near the turbo) for a BF xr6t.
  16. Thanks guys for posting the information.
  17. Can you please PM the filling instructions
  18. topic replied to Gee's Robos F6 in FPV & Tickford
Yes you can but never tried it. I'll PM it to you if you want to try it but it's not petty. What conditions and place did you run a 13.1. The reason why I ask is because I compare my times to stock FPV and HSV on the same night.
  19. topic replied to Gee's Robos F6 in FPV & Tickford
I head down to the off street drags down at calder park just about every time I can and I have near seen a stock FPV or xr6t do a low 13 some people my disagree. The best I I've have seen is a 13.66 but the the way they launch it off the line, I would never do it to my car.

I have to agree 6 second is about right in the real world.
  21. My 60 ft time was 2.35 but was just stalling it up it 1st and leaving it in drive. It was a hot night and I ku36 on the rear.
  22. That is a good time and high mph. My car is making over 300rwkw and I manged only a 12.8. How did you launch it.
  23. I've been told that the tuning software for the zf auto is out. A couple of vic tuner have it. I will be ringing up soon to comfirm this.
  24. I laugh at dyno figures. I had a number of different tuners from small operations to big operations. Each tuner runs my car up on the dyno and it makes about 270 rwkw. Then they tune my car and is makes about about 300 rwkw to 340 rwkw. But when I run the car at calder park the tunes from the big operation which make closer to the 300 rwkw mark are faster and my 60 foot time are the same matter who tunes my car. Also the tunes from the big operations are smoother and are nicer to drive everyday.

I've asked a few different stores to order transmax z in a 20L drum for me and they say they will not due to a min order and they will not be able to sell the rest.
