  1. the cover is there to hold down the coils onto the plugs. I wouldnt recommend leaving the cover off. First big bump and they would come off.

BF XT fronts 298mm - rears 303mm BF XR6T and XR8 fronts 322mm - rears 328mm BF XR6T and XR8(optional) and standard FPV where brembo 4spot 355mm - rears PBR 328mm Either the ford guys are lieing or just plain incompetent. Was your car bought brand new or second hand? I wonder if the rear brakes where replaced under warranty by this dealer and they put on the wrong rear brakes

    Brake Hubs

I hate the look of rusty hubs and always paint them. Easy job as mentioned I just mask up the rotor and use a stanley knife to cut along the edge. Takes about 1hr to do if you include waiting for paint to dry and giving it 2 coats
  16. I just saw Transformers this morning. Lots of action, lots of special effects and lots of Megan Fox running in a singlet top in slow motion. Couldnt ask for anything more really!

  21. you will have to swap the mounting brackets from 1 caliper to the other, then you have to swap the metal lines on the caliper itself from the top to the bottom and also at the same time swap over the bleed valve from bottom to top. Then you need to get new brake lines as the BA-BF are longer and wont sit in the located bracket. Sounds easy doesnt it? This is all done due to the BA-BF caliper sitting at the front of the car on the wheel and FG sitting at the rear
  22. I had a slow leak from the pipe going to the turbo, I couldnt find it anywhere until I took it in for a service. My mechanic had it on the hoist and found it as it was below the turbo he could see white stains from where the coolant had dried. 1 brass washer later and all fixed.
  23. Ive got a pair of front rotors from my set that I bought recently, Ill check the thickness as they are spares for me just sitting in the garage. I was lucky enough to score near new genuine fronts for $100 from ebay the other day. He must of charged you jack sht on delivery, good score.

    Actuator

To me its the standard price for these 2 items. Actuators go for about $150-160 and the flapper is not much at all, about $50. The cost is all in the labour to fit the actuator and porting which can run to about $500ish. Personally unless your doing it yourself, I would just get your choosen tuner to supply and install it all. Saves any issues down the track with warranty and such.
