Yep,trip to Ford so they can check all your door lock status's with the IDS. Atleast it will tell you exactly which door/wiring the problem is in. What about the bootlid lock?

If your sure all the actuators are ok,could be a broken or shorting wire in the loom where it runs in the door jam or possibly a BEM.. Might be able to pick it up with an IDS if you monitor all door lock status's in datalogger. Need to unplug BEM and test wiring between BEM and door lock actuators. You will need a multimeter and a wiring diagram with also a connector pin reference guide. With all the actuators unplugged you shouldnt have any shorts to ground or positive,shouldnt have any shorts across the wires and should have continuity between connectors.. This all sounds I <3 Bananas confusing but may be the only way of finding your problem. Another thing you can check is that there is no water in the large connectors behind the kickpanels. Having a few lately that interior light stays on and doors dont lock,due to water in these connectors.

Theres no exact amount of km when the belt,balancer,water pump etc needs to be done. The more you maintain the coolant and oils etc,the longer components will last. If its hit 90,000km and you going to get a tune etc,it would be wise to change all your fluids,replace your fuel filter and even replace your turbo oil supply line filter,along with a thorough checkover of the whole vehicle. If you havent replaced your drivebelt before it wouldnt hurt to replace that also. If the water pump isnt noisy or leaking and all the pulleys are quiet,leave them. Chuck a set of new plugs in at smaller gap aswell and you should be right with your new mods and a tune.

So are you guys getting pulled up in your stock looking cars for nothing or were doing something wrong? nick d,the Rspec looks soooo farkn good in white. We have seen it out and about on the Prin a while back. We were in the dark blue Rspec.. Think there was about 6 Rspecs out that night.

Even if he could take all the good gear off,buy another one and put it all on that. Was it insured with all the mods then? You'd almost buy it as a wreck for the parts and buy a cheap xr to put em all on. XR6Ts are worth nothing now days so wouldnt be hard to find a cheap one.

The halfshaft usually needs a good spray in the splines with some crc and a good belt with a copper hammer.. Screw the nut on the shaft till its flush with the end and belt it. This way wont damage threads. The shafts are never easy to come out of the hub. Once youve done that,you still need to press the hub apart to replace bearing. If only they were as easy as the front lol.

NGK PFR6B are the WRX ones. Platinum plugs,pre gapped at .8mm and are correct heatrange etc.

The 2 rspecs were Christians and Haydens. Dont know who wiped out the trees but it wasnt Christian and dont think it was Hayden as he left when we did. Few bingles last night. Friend of a friend wrote off his commy near Chapel,trying to be a hero. Think 1 passenger is in Hospital with busted ribs but everyone ok. Another bloke got t boned by a Taxi and then this fella in the F6. Anybody know if the driver of the blue F6 was ok? Had some bloke in a 5ltr commy almost wipe out the front of Christians F6 too. He was doing a high speed overtake and just squeezed in front of us before hitting the car in front of him. Some f*ckwits out there.

I got a PW surge tank with single pump. Was running pretty rich up top but didnt notice any difference when normal driving. Had it retuned 2 days after fitting it to be sure.

Sounds like either battery is running flat due to current draw,bad earthing to engine or starter drawing too much current. If you have the intake setup,where is your battery and how is it wired up?

What you say is the absolute truth. We all think it wont happen to us and most of us try and pick the right time and place,yet if something mechanically goes wrong,the time and place wont mean sh1t.
