Nothing fancy about the unmarked car I spotted today. Standard looking white Falcon. On Delhi Rd heading towards Chatswood. I was going in the opposite direction through the bends heading towards the M2. As I negotiated the turns at 60klm he was in stopped traffic. Driver was mature age with a mustache and on the front dash were the lights. We looked at each other and that was it. Unless you looked it would have been a hard pick! Damn. With all the talk of F6's etc...this was at the other scale. Just as deadly though if............your a bad boy or Girl, but we don't have anyone like that in this forum!

All I can say Scotty is that I'll miss your quirky posts. PC will have you in her sights. Dead man walking is the phrase I'm thinking of! At least Mrs Kimbo will be able to go to the V8's with PC & Tab and not worry about you. Cheers buddy, nice knowing you!

Every day a male co-worker walks up very close to a pretty Receptionist standing at the office coffee machine, inhales a big breath of air and tells her that her hair smells nice. After a week of this she can't stand it anymore and takes her complaint to the Personnel Department and states she wants to lay a sexual harassment grievance against him. I think "Sly" is winding you up! One of the instructors at my track day said he has been involved in the testing of the new Fords. His words, not mine, but not quotes... "the G6E Turbo is brilliant, power is outrageous, creature comforts are terrific"....not a direct quote but something like that. If it's half true, then she sounds a must have.... NO Senna_T, I won't be there (even though I know where you are), SWMBO, the minister of home affairs and finance will not authorise it. What little say I have in my destiny I want to keep. Should be a great event.

What a great day I had today. Took the day off work and had me a cracking good time! My first track day this year (should have been my second, but that's another story), and what a great day it was! Forget the hour 45min drive to get there, that's Sydney traffic for you. Had the new Falken Semi Slicks on. Bought them 2 weeks ago and been running on them. Great tyre. The Falkens are 235/40R/18 95w. These tyres on the suburban streets and highway in both wet & dry conditions are terrific. I couldn't believe just how well they felt. Confident, sure footed, stick like glue sort of feel. Anyway, back to today. I was in the Advanced drivers group, so pretty happy with that. Less cars per group and better standard. The first 3 runs were good and all about getting into the groove. Started nailing the corners and keeping my overall speed up. The fourth run was just sweet. Really put things together. The T lurched less, powered out of the corners earlier/better, and braked later. Got up to 205klm down the straight and 160klm through turn one. The Falkens were just great. Really helped with keeping things smooth. keep thinking of buying a timer and/or incar camera holder, but????? For me, it's all about having fun, not neccesarily the next step up. Two different sightings today. Driving over the Harbour Bridge into the CBD this morning. Following to motor cycles, a white XR8 with the plates "HWP200". Yer he had a blue check pattern. Then this afternoon around 4:30pm in Harrington Street in The Rocks a Black F6. Plates "HSVRIP". Looked nice. Would have gone up for a chat, but was with others. :(

Have never tried the Drags! I've got the auto 6 speed BF MkII. I go to Eastern Creek and do the circuit. In fact off there on 30th April for the next open dat Track Day, can't wait. Yer, I agree, would think the drags would be a buzz, but DRIFT'N would be a major hoot!. You get a small taste of it at the skid pan days, hang'n the arse out and power sliding. mmmmmm then onto youtube and watch those nissans really swing 'n ' sing......gotta try it! been thinking of buying a grey import nissan and have it as the trackc ar rather than brutalise the "T" my daily drive, but I just love driving her, why would I drive another???? Think about it, why did you buy her in the first place??? There are pretty cars, there are more powerfull cars, but for the $$$ and she gives to you whatever you want without one complaint! She is the sweetest, most gorgeous thing, with grunt off the start, all the way through! Hows that Queen song go again??...."I'm in love with car, told my girlfriend I'd have to forget her, rather buy me a new carburettor (for you young kids, that was what mixed the fuel/air on old cars!), so she made tracks saying this was the end know, cars don't talk back, they're just four wheeled friend know!..."
