340 + odd rwkw on stock valve springs with pre 06/06 engine... Full 4 inch exhaust though!

Incorrect - BA mk 2's still had the weaker BA engine.... As did the BF ml 1's pre 06/06. If the build date of your car is 06/06, I would think its going to be very touch and go... I dont think anyone has a definitive date as to when the post 06/06 F6 internalled engines were put in place. If your friend at Ford is not able to help - possibly the only absolute way of finding out would be to crack the block and inspect whats in there............

Is your Airbox blocked at all??

Has to be a leak somewhere...? If using the stock crossover, maybe the turbo inlet pipe has come loose, but then you would hear it - lots of turbo spool... Sticky wastegate / actuator?

Ummm.... the top pic is a pic of the front! Its just upside down. that's what the wheels look like without the airbag / horn and steering wheel controls. Confirm that this is not the chunky FPV wheel, but a Momo option version of the standard steering wheel. I have one in my cupboard too!

I probably also could have made my point a touch clearer... The generic tune that we loaded up was from another workshop in the East, from whom I had purchased my Xcal 1 Flash tuner from. I walked into the workshop asking these guys if I could do a power run with my generic tune loaded to check AFR's... Its probably also worth a mention, that the workshop in question doesnt have the best rep in Perth for 6T tuning - more so V8's, so maybe they were also trying to cover themselves that way too... In the end, I have gone with a completely different tuner / workshop, so it was only really a power run...

Many, many moons ago - I was made to sign one by a workshop that ran my ute up on the dyno after loading a generic 10 psi tune up. I understood at the time, it was a generic tune loaded by another workshop and they didnt want to take any liability for any damage caused if my car didnt react well to the generic tune... When I had my ute modded and custom tuned however, I didnt need to sign anything.
