  1. Whats the specs on the motor? Auto or Manual?
  2. Them wheels look sh*t...! So sh*t, that id like to buy them off you for cheap. Lookin good dude, hows it drive?
  3. Iv gotta say that I thought you were a little mad when you sold your old beast and the Simmons, but now................ I completely understand. Awesome ute dude, very well styled! I like it a lot.
  4. Goin sexspec Mikey?
  5. That dog looks mint! More pics please... Largest load iv had on my ute, was when I picked the missus up from the airport when she had been away for just over a week!
  6. lol at me supposedly gettin all emo! I welcome you to carry on replacing your filter at $70 a pop... I was just suggesting some good preventative maintenance which will save you in the long run. Danny - come on dude... Braided lines FTW. I understand your all about go before show, but I quite like braided lines in the bay! Nothing wrong with a good looking engine bay.
  7. lol... Cheers Mikey. Cheers Steve too haha! Im in no rush at all and I would definately rather support local - have a Nizpro one that I am going to be using, but I have heard that they can overheat and thus in time I may replace it with one of Mikey's... Was just after an update, that was all... The JD ones do look like a pretty well made unit though!
  8. I seriously dont know why im typing this again... For $300 odd, please do yourself a favour and purchase one of ETM's or RAP1D's braided Turbo oil lines with inline filter. Yes, its an up front cost... But, it sure is cheap insurance that may save you lunching your turbo due to the restrictive and easily blocked stock filter ($1200 - $2000 for replacement turbo). Maintenance costs are also a lot less... Instead if being charged for the labour and difficulty of changing the stock turbo filter, a replacement gauze (sp?) filter is $12 from memory... Simply unscrew the filter and replace..................!
  9. Subscribed... Should be very interesting!
  10. Ummmmmm...... PICSORBAN! She keen on interstate relationships? Showing your age there auld fella! xxr64t - lovin the sideboob by the way!
  11. Wot else you got to worry about Kice? Anything that is outwardly & noticably illegal? Mikey - How far are you off getting some of those rocker cover garnishes done? I have a Nizpro one to go on and would rather support local, but the JD custom one looks pretty good! You sorted any pricing yet?
  12. White would look good, Gold would look better given the colour of your ute! My suggestion if you can find the money is to get rid of the torneau cover and lugs for a hard cover - will look even better!!!!!! Same functionality for tools and helping mum out, 10x better looks!
  13. Mate, that side exit exhaust looks sweeeeeeeeet! I didnt expect for it to look that good. Did you get the rear valance moulded to replace the factory exhaust outlet? Doesnt look like it, but picture is not terribly clear. Should of had the torneau cover clips taken off too! How does it go / sound with the side exit? I think that a nice shade of gold on the wheels would set the colour off.
  14. Do yourself a massive favour and invest in one of ETM's or RAP1D's braided Turbo oil lines with inline filter... Its a bigger filter, and makes maintenance a sh*t load easier. Pisses the stock small and prone to blocking filter. Should be lots of info on here if you need to do a search
  15. Lol at comments for the haters... End of the day, you said you were going to do something an ya didnt do it... Obviously based on trap speed, the car may be capable of a 10, but hopefully you now realise that a 10 isnt a walk in the park! Unfortunately, you have put yourself in a position where you have to take it on the chin, until you run a 10. Hopefully, its next time out with the MT's. Good effort trying though, at least it sounds like ya had some fun which is the main thing!
  16. Yep - the quality and accuracy... I think they look better too! Each to their own though. If you dont wanna spend up big, the PP Xforce gauges do the job. Check em out for yourself. Should be a heap of threads on here with plenty of pics of both the cobalts and Xforce gauges.
  17. What comes with exchange? Turbosmart or Tial gate? What size? Did you upgrade to a new housing without internal gate or did you just have your existing housing welded shut and external plugged in? When do you need to exchange? Edit - Also, how does it sound?
  18. How much ya want for it Zaff?
  19. Xforce gauges - made by Pole Position are spot on in terms of matching the standard cluster... Can be purchased as a set with a tripod from most Pole Position distributors or from Ebay. I have them... while they are ok, if I had my time again I would be saving and getting the Autometer Cobalts!
  20. Happy Birthday Adrian!!!! Lookin well for 40 mate! Haha, enjoy your day. All the best...
  21. U guys realise that this was posted in 2005?
  22. Too many variables mate... Its all in the tune, depends how much your your tuner is going to lean on the engine. Of course it can be done and we have seen countless people making 400+ or close to 400 with the F6 bottom end, but there are also those whose engines have given way too... Sounds like your gonna have all of the supporting mods to get there though!
  23. Post for 1000th page! Keith - $1k (or thereabouts) on suspension should get you lowered front springs, reset rear leafs and a front sway bar and/or lower inner control arm bushes. I have this, was done at WA suspensions in Osborne Park. Definitely an improvement over stock, but obviously would be better again with good shocks.

Pics of said girl or BAN! To be honest and it is totally insensitive... it just gives you an extra reason to punish her when the lights go off (can be taken more than one way!)...!
  25. Jescam (process west car)is using this same turbo - making a casual 450+ rwkw. There is a thread in the 400+ section. I think Slash is also using this turbo over here on his ute... Has to be making 400 - 500??
