2009 fg turbo limp mode

Hey I have a 2009 fg turbo , now I've got a 4 inch 4 inch high flow cat to 2.5 cat back from xforce was just the 2.5 kit , had injectors done 1000cc , fule pump and reg , intercooler , bigger rare housing and flapper and port on a new garrett 50 stock turbo ,had it tuned 302kw at 580nm , but since the exhaust has been on before tune nothing but issues , won't stop going limp mode some times lasts 10 mins some times lasts 5 secconds , had codes showing for waste gate close failure and a 02 code . With the new acuator and turbo thought it'd of solved atleast the waste gate issue  ,  any ideas

This has been said many times before, if you change any part of the exhaust you will need a tune. Or in your case a re-tune.

well, the 'flow' parts of the exhaust like the dump or cat you need a tune to suit... can do a cat-back without changing the tune... but in the OP's case, absolutely needs a tune to suit.

Hey it has been tuned I did the exhaust then the other mods I listed then sent it to be tuned and am having the issues listed , sorry should have been more thorough with explaining

Have done and can't figure out why it's doing it , replacing boost solinoid this coming week . My fule economy is like 24l to 100km , can watch the kms go down

at least the fueling issue should be easy to diagnose on a dyno and/or at a tuner. If the tuner can't at least point you in the right direction mechanically or tune-related then I wouldn't be trusting them to tune my car going forward.

Where are you located and who’s tuned it ?

Hey if you have a scan tool. Log fuel trims and map and wastegate dc. Also scan for codes. 

Wouldn't be surprised if limp mode is over Boost.
