I change into 6th just after 800m.  So hoping for the extra 17 ks 

 

today it it was easy to cheat.  You were supposed to stay at 60kph until 100m then go.  Lots carried more speed

 

tomorrow will tell as they will have less difference (increase in kph) between the 800m and standing start 1000m 

 

25kph head wind for the 800m roll ons

Yeh I noticed heaps were just gunning almost from the start. Tomorrow is going to be killer.

Ran 237km on the last run for the day, was really happy considering how little timing there is in the current tune

My day was less than stellar. Had some issues with the setup on the car. All new untested setup? I <3 Bananas yeah will runt it St racewars. 

 

I was working my way through the issues and picked up 20odd kph over the course of 3 runs when disaster struck. 

 

Shredded the drive belt, wedged it behind the damper and wrecked it. 

 

 

 

So im on the hunt for parts this morning. 

 

Don't really want to talk speeds yet, especially given the 3 cars I also tune that are running the event have all gone faster than me... Ain't that a kick in the nuts. 

Ain't that some chit Dude, did it have a big vibration going on ?

Auto one should have them this morning mate, they are open early for people racing.

does anybody have some hairspray for the bloke?

 

I did it to my car before selling it, pulled pipes off and hairsprayed the connections so they nice and sticky and put them back on. the thing ran sweet!

 

hopefully the weather is good!
