Picked up my car today from Joe at CMS with the above figures. I have installed the following mods to achieve that power:

 

• Aftermarket valve springs
• 460 Walbro in-tank fuel pump
• 62lb injectors
• Xcal4
• Plazmaman 1000hp intercooler w/ 2.5 inch hot side piping
• Plazmaman 4inch intake racebox
• Process West throttle body relocation w/ 3inch cold side piping
• Plazmaman plumbed back BOV
• Turbosmart 12psi internal actuator
• Intune turbo oil feed line and filter
• Battery relocated to the boot

 

The car has just over 100,000km. I've attached a few pics below.

Surely the bottom end has been upgraded? Didn't see anything in the modification list you posted.

It's manual. It'll be a waiting game to see how long the T5 will last...

I fitted most of the mods myself.

The bottom end has not been upgraded. Although I'll definitely be upgrading the oil pump gears next.

Joe has quite a good reputation so I trust that he knows what he is doing!

Yea I dont hear of t5s handling much power above 300. The box handled 310 for a while quite well though. I'm interested to see how long it'll last until the t56 goes in. 

Should book it in for after Easter.  Better order that short block as well
