It takes a specific set of circumstances, temperature, road speed, commanded throttle etcFord had to get them to run it up a few times during the head to head shootouts against the GTS for this reason. Probably the same for the Barra270T and Barra310TActually, technically, the overboost is active by default, but gets scaled down when not in ideal conditions (heat, airflow etc). But because it doesn't make that much power all the time Ford could only claim what it'd make in the sh*ttest conditions 100% of the time. 2
