Could u get a xr8 bonnet and cut a hole in the front of the bulge? That would keep it cool in the bay.

There's a boosted bonnet you can get with an opening at the front.

I don't want the opening there, there's more of a need to get the heat out rather than air in.

Cut out the back of the hump in the bonnet. Should drag out the heat

This has inlet and outlet.. would push heaps of heat out, and look mean imo

Put the old bonnet on, put a temp meter in the bay go for a fang get the reading, then put the vented bonnet on and do the same.

Would show the results pretty quickly and clearly id think?

Id think it would have fo cut 10-15% of the heat down!
